I have found an exact copy, they are wedding glasses.
Oh, and the circle with the "C" is the makers mark, or designers mark.
The second heart looks to be 316/925, 316 means that its stainless steal that is better than the regular stainless steal. The 925 is the gold coating.
The (IK) stamp from what I've researched is most likely a manufacture stamp, and not a hallmark stamp, or there's the possibility that (IK) is someones initials.
