yes it has a place for bands. I think it is a braclet too. I received it as is. I have not cleaned it yet. so i am sure the color will change on it to a silver since that is what is stamped on the ba...
Keep, My daughter bought some at a flea market and made necklaces for her friends and gave them as gifts. they thought they were cool.

I have something similar, a photo of my grandmother is in the frame. Beautiful.
