Thank you for the comments. Wind up set? Perhaps the track etc... was the wind up part. Ther is no mechanism in the toy itself. Kinda leery of trying to clean it. But I will look into it. With the rou...
Thanks for the suggestions. I will have to do some more research. Just a little skittish to try anything right now. I do not see any identifying marks on it. Rusty surface.
