Was very lucky years ago to get a similar “LONGINES-THE WORLD’S MOST HONORED WATCH” bulb-lit clock like yours because my company serviced their barometer line. HEAVY REAL GLASS!
I have a few of these; remember that the old 12 inch screen TVs had no time function whatsoever; we had one of these on top of the TV chassis.

Incidentally, it is a desk clock that probably was sold with day/date cards that were stored in the bottom and inserted at the start of each day. Must have been a lot of these made for institutions.
Never seen another like these model.
