Pretty! I don't think it is Haviland/Limoges and it is not 450 years old. I'm thinking German or Bavarian type late 1800's. Just a guess. They often numbered their pieces. The style is Victorian to me.
I think late 1940's - 1950's. This is the kind of thing a guy in the service would bring back from being over in Japan after the war.
