Thank you AR8Jason and everyone for your information. I didn't think it had anything to do with the autoline since I am not sure why a car would need an alarm clock (unless used in a limo, maybe) but ...
Hope these pictures help. It seems like a pretty neat peice. The seller says it does not work but the dials function properly. That is about all the information I have at this time.

I misspoke in my earlier post. This clock is a Cadillac clock. I am not sure that it was actually in an automobile. It may of been but I am not sure about that. I am posting a couple more pictures and...
