What are these from... Comic book? - Figurines

Thanks for the loves! I am curious on who made them... There are two names... Hard to read.
Any ideas on the history or age of these? (Or what they are made of?) Thanks.

Also, not sure.. brass? bronze? Copper? Some green spots but towards the bottom The bases and towards the bottom of the statues (the jeans section) seems a tiny bit magnetic... Not sure.
Also, any idea on value?
