I am so grateful for input... I have been trying to figure this out for a very long time. It looks as though it has a family name in German written on both ends of it like they used it to ship their b...
I posted more detailed pics but they moved them to furniture and trunks. Trying to get use to where to post the pictures.

Thank you so much for both your inputs!! I will take better pictures tomorrow in the light . It is 3 foot long and 1 foot 9 1/2 inches wide. All wood with the German name über premen... And other Germ...
