Just got back from an Estate buyer...It seems that this ladies pocket watch is a "paperweight". :( For a second he thought it could be an Austrian or Russian watch :) He offered me $20 for it. ...
I will have to buy a better magnifying glass to see the marks...I am surprised that there is no name of numbers on the movement itself.
