I responded once, but it isn't showing up so I'm going to try again. On one of the bulb sockets I found the work LEVITON. Under the base I found raised letters/numbers that I interpret as l15l C 2...
Thanks to both of you. I do plan to try to put it back together but I think it will be tricky. Interesting information about the painting. I'm going to do some research on the artist.
