It is called the V-RROOM X-15 by Mattel toys made around the early 1970s or before. It made a loud VROOOM sound when it was peddled. Your's seems very intact.
could there be a note inside?
Oops now that I think on it.. It was called The V-RROOM X-15 by Mattel
It believe it was called the X wing or something. It was made in the early to mid 1960s. I think it was a light metallic blue color. It made a great sound if I recall when the front wheel turned.
