Yes they issued plates almost every year, but sometimes they just issued medal tabs if you already had a plate like the 52 here with the 53 tab. Actually if you have a antique car now you can put that...

Thanks mikie, the neon miller sign is hugh. I'd say it's over 3 foot long, buy 1.5ft high and at least 8" deep.
