Camera is from Rochester Optical & Camera Co. Could be a Long Focus Premo from approx 1895 - 1904.
Nice looking camera. Is the Wollensak name on the camera or only the lens? Any other names of the camera itself?
Looks like a Duo six-20. your right with the dates. 1933-1937. And yes made in germany.
