also I added my name and date when I did the restoration work. something my father taught me to do as he was a master craftsman with woodworking and has since passed away many years ago.
Gillian, yes i added a couple of pictures of the bottom that I saved and kept original. luckily they didn't paint the bottom. price appears to be $11.95

Yes it passes the magnet test. Only welded smooth on the top seam. and there does appear to be a bolt or to me appears to be a rod that was peened to hold the 2 pieces together before welding. appe...
