I believe that Etsy seller sold it locally. He is also a 5 star seller, and I believe has a brick and mortar store with furnishings. He sold it in 2014 for $500 and would shoot for about $1200 nowaday...
(that Etsy seller recommends $500 minimum)
I spoke to that Etsy seller. He did not sell that for $60. Not even close.
