Since posting this, I found out it is a 1.8 hp motor manufactured in 1940-1941 by Evinrude. I believe these Evinrude motors were sold under the name ELTO until WWII. I'm still not sure of it's worth,...

Thanks. I saw the copyright date but I thought that was the date that 'credit card accept corp' was copyrighted (copywritten).
