Brady Smoking Stand Lamp - Lamps

The lamp is complete with the magnifying lens. I also saw the lens on ebay. Any idea on value since this is also a smoking stand as it has an ashtray and lighter built in also.
Any help on identifying era or when made or where it was designed to be used would be apprciated. ( Looks like something that would have been in a smoking lounge of a mens club or similar setting, suc...
