Tom61375, it is sturdy as my husband weighs 250lbs and it held up fine although it is low to the ground measuring 14" floor to seat. I've attached pics of the only visible hardware on it and a close ...
Any ideas on what time period? We also came up with the nursing/sewing rocker. I'm fairly certain of that.
Did you ever find anything about your chair? I just picked one up that is similar to it with the painted back.
