Unknown Conver-table made in Canada - Furniture

How long ago and in what area of Canada?
I have not received any further information on this table? I have attached photos of the reversible top. Thank you for adding onto this puzzle and I hope to hear more. RJR

Thanks Dave. Being made in Canada, it may be very old and one side has a felt green covering. I will have to take a picture of the top because it appears to be reversible, maybe to play a game? I hope...
