I have found out a little more info. This doll was in a doll hospital. The lady passed away, leaving this doll and many items in a trunk. Im assuming she is a repro doll maybe from the 1970's but I do...
Im unsure what it is under the wig. I assumed stryfoam? I will post better pics soon
