Before reading the comment I was going to say it looks like a Shelby chair, they were making chairs like this for industry back in the 40's. Hard to say for sure but it doesn't look like something fro...
Looks like someone upholstered over the top of a Carter Brothers Scoop chair to me.
That is a homecrest chair.
It looks to be a Kurt Ostervig copy, or as they say in the style of. He made a love seat for Jason Moller that was very similar.
Interesting that they are marked Hazel Atlas and not Fire King but the painting is definitely from Gay Fad, I guess they did work for more than just Fire King.
You might want to take apart the seat area, it may be from Yugoslavia. They made a lot of Danish looking copies back in the day and often you will find a faint embossed stamp behind one of the pieces.
It is a kind of key lime pie green, it is not a molded glass and it is fairly opaque. I don't think it is a custard glass but I don't have a black light either to see. (I need to get a blacklight...)
