Inscription is : Kinder Aufs Land Date is 1934
It actually looks like there once was a loop on top. When I first found this I thought it was a coin. When I found nothing on coin sites I started looking on military medal sites.
Thanks Pop_abides, kinda figured it was something like that but wasn't sure
