nope. but im emailing them right now to see what clues they can offer....thanks a bunch!!!
the only marks are "DHS" on the square rod. it somewhate resembles a tensioning tool for steel shipping band...but there is nothing to suggest it upon inspection. just to beveled and smoothe surfaces...
