Wow thank you I think you are right they are very similar I just looked up his work- Manikin, thank you so much!!!! Mystery solved :)
I know that the pictures make him look like hard plastic, but I'm pretty sure his head is porcelain. This is a really weird way to prove it, but my fingernails make the same clinking noise on his face...
