racer4four-thanks for the feedback,when I walked past it the colors were bright and having the flower kinda 3d effected it and the stork was the thing that made you stop and look and think about it,pi...
It could also have been done by a aspiring artist,given name hard to find but looks done to good to be that,just a thought
