I know that link above has the artist listed as Walter G. Smith but he has also had it on eBay for over 5 years. Looking at the artists work, nothing looks similar to the Native American work. It does...

Tom, did you ever find out the title of the piece or who the artist was? It seems like a print but maybe the artist was hidden by the framing.
He would pop up and flip over. He would do this a few times per key wind. I hope I can figure out why the key is so tight since it isn't winding properly right now.
