I'm sorry Brian my mistake, for some reason I had Kron on my mind, but I went and double checked the one on my TV, it is made by Haeger.
Hi Brian, I have a Panther TV lamp like the one you have, but mine is all black, and is made by Kron, I hope this helps.
I have one just like this one,I wondered how old it was.Nice lamp. Those are real hard to find.
This was a good comination tool used by dock workers for opening crates and assembling crates as well. I hope this was helpfull.I also have a few of these.

I have a mallard duck TV Lamp,mine was made by Lane of Van nuys California.Lamps made by lane would have there name on it where the light bulb is located. Your looks like something Lane would make.
