Watchsearcher....you are correct. I realized last night after I posted. I'll get some more pics shortly. There is no loop or hanger. They also seem to contain flecks of white particles.
Awesome. Thank you for the info. It does has markings. It says, "U.S. L.F. & C. 1917". I paid $20. I am clueless as to the value...but I thought that was a good deal.
