3 year old post... But the one with the police chase is a team deck from a company called Color from '93. Color was Kris Marcovich's company. It was only around for about a year, and then Kris Marovic...
This looks like a Varaflex or other "department store" brand. Although a few models are sought after, I don't believe this one would be. I think it could sell between $20 and $40.
