Most companies made a pattern for a number of years, not just 1 year only, after paying to get the pattern developed and all the actual transfer patterns and pottery molds/forms made up to come up wit...
By the way, sometimes they flipped the transfer design when having it made in smaller sizes, to add interest within the grouping when on the table and shelf~ :)

Hard to be certain with the photos as they are, but my guess is "PANAMA" by Challinor, probably specifically that period of his business as Edward Challinor of Tunstall. ~just guessing~!
