Shaped like a pipe, kinda, it is where Dutch Harbor is located. My mother was born there. Her grandfather, my great-grandfather, Alexei NicolaiYatchmeneff, was the last Chief of our tribe before Alaska was made a state. He was considered the greatest Chief of the Aleuts. I am an artist, both manual and computer (graphic design/art) taught. I dig using nature and natural woods, stone, rock, sand, stuffs in my pieces and flat-art. I also love to teach children art and chi through many mediums and music. I've taught in So Cal as well as on the coast of Oregon in the Lincoln County School District through a Federal program for Native American school age children. I also do portraits and I restore/repair/colorize, etc. photographs. Vintage and tattered turn of the century and 1800's photos are my specialty. I'm also bi-polar so be careful.
