It looks to be pretty old, could be a reproduction but i don't think it is. It would be a beautiful piece restored.

Sometimes companies would not only put there information on the back of items, but also on the bottom of one or all the drawers or even on the inside back. Take a couple drawers out & shine a flashli...
Need to know what's all on ring also any engravings on inside. Looks to be a employee service ring from mc d's.
I think the first one is from the 60's.
