I bought the same book at an estate sale last weekend for 2 bucks... Its listed on ebay "buy it now" price at 60. I picked up the book more for it's collectible appeal and the recent scrutiny the orig...

Yep- a beat up sign of the exact same thing was on "Pickers" recently. They bought it for 100 bucks, but it was real beat up. I'd say 250.
