No it is a electric rotary sold and marketed as that "White Rotary Electric" it has a knee peddle on left side I think for reverse action. Tested it and it works great but I do need to replace the fri...
Need to know restoration rules on this, it works but the electrical wires are too old and dangerous. I don't know how much of a collectible it is and don't want to mess anything up.
