this is doll is by cindy mcclure i believe its name is serenity or at least it is close to that one.
look under crescent toys i saw one on e bay for about 100.00 buck
she looks like mae west. there is a picture of her with a feather hat very similar to yours. she is great
the signature is marie osmond yes the sister o donny osmond.
