I guess I was hoping that someone had a collection of VLCHEK catalogs so if the tool was specialized I could narrow down to someone who really wanted it. Donating to a local thrift shop wouldn't be as...
Thank you patchas and fhrjr2! I'm glad to have narrowed it down to 1950. Do you think it is a special flathead engine or more of a generic wrench?
