That's a 2nd state Butcher alright! Nice find!!! Smart decision to leave the trunk cover- 2nd states in good condition will only continue to rise in value! I just posted some pics of my 3rd state ...

Thanks BeatleJim55! I've decided to leave it as it is and I am just waiting for the frame to arrive. It's just that damn seam split...such a shame...all of the original seam is still there and if so...
