This was made in Blackpool by Franco Toffolo, it is not Murano glass. He was the owner of the Venetian Glass Company in Blackpool, UK.
This is Mexican glass, Chihuahua Glass company.
These were marketed by Crystal Clear Collectibles and the pieces were made in China.... there are penguins, swans dogs, cats and birds in the series.
I have one of these and have seen others that all have Malta Decorative Glass Labels. I believe they were made in Malta by MDG.

Hello Vintagefran, yes I believe they are supposed to be Herons. I now have a citrine yellow Giraffe as well, so the tall ones are taking over. I will be posting pictures soon.
I have a green frog as well!! :) Pictures soon, promise.
