I have collected, at different times, buttons, portrait/people tins, pigs, white enamel ware and ashtrays. The last, an odd choice as I am not a smoker. Once my collection exceeds the space I have allowed for it, I give it all away or sell one or more items at a time. I currently have only buttons as they take up much less space and are a lovely rediscovery each time I take them out.
I am an artist, presently working on my Bachelor of Fine Art degree at NSCAD University in Halifax Nova Scotia. (Read more)
