I feel the pair are most likely Moser or Bohemian.
Looks to be in the Grape Vine or Pine Needle pattern from Apollo Studios, They and Reviere Studios did many copy's of Tiffany. They made desk sets. lamps and candle sticks well into the 20s. if you G...
