Thanks everyone.
So far I think tbe previous poster is correct. It looks more than likely to be "old king cole" I just need to find the maker.
Im still looking for it on the internet. I checked google images, pinterest, ebay. and all of the suggestions from the commentors. Nothing solid so far. Thanks for all the help.
