My name is Kathy and started collecting dolls several years ago. My grandson and I went to a garage sale where I saw a Chatty Cathydoll. It reminded me of the one My name is Kathy and started collecting dolls several years ago. My grandson and I went to a garage sale where I saw a Chatty Cathydoll. It reminded me of the one I received for Christmas the first year they came out. I bought her for $1.00. Then I began studying and looking for other childhood dolls and doll items from the 50s-early 60s. Now I have about 150 dolls and I love every one of them ! (Read more)
