I apologize, apparently I was misinformed. I've looked over the piece numerous times and there are no hallmarks or any other symbols.
I tried to upload more but my computer isn't allowing it. The face has the numbers in original form(not Roman or other) along with a smaller time piece going from 0-60 which from my understanding make...
