I would lean to American Bent Glass of Hartford, ct. in the 20's - 30's. Many of us Handel dealers only respect Handel overlays and reverse painted lamps Dunderheads put leaded shades on Handel bases...
Many of these shades were made by American Bent Glass co out of Hartford, CT in the 20's to 40's . They must have made a lot because they appear quite often and inexpensively on ebay.
