I've never seen the pattern before, but I know what I like - I was one of the underbidders on this item!!
No markings that I can find - often the metal mounts are marked. Did harrach make inkwells? They seem to use heavy enameling - interesting!!
I had it in a window - thanks for the tips, I will try it that way next time!
