Luciano Gaspari never ever made anything for Kosta or Boda, or did nor ever Kosta Boda anything like this Chinese vase. Sorry but you are misinformed and trust me after 40 years of glass in Sweden.
I think I solved the mystery, t seems to be an Orplid/Bimini glass brooch and maybe Lucie Rie
