Its a late 30s Ford by Garton.
The car on the right is Steelcraft sportster but in the firechief version. It probably had a bell on the front.
Did you buy this car on eBay? Looks familar.
It's a 36 Ford made by Steelcraft. One recently sold on eBay for $625 but it wasn't in as good as condition as this one. I research and buy pedals cars and I would say this is worth $900 - $1,200.
