It's a limited edition in their "writers Series" it was produced in 1997. This was the first and only edition to include a rollerball pen.
It's made by Arcade.
It's a coal miners carbide lamp. It was used by coal miners (obviously). It has a collectible value but not a lot of monetary value.
It's most likely from the 1940s, that "knob" on the plug isn't a knob, it's a locking latch. You need to press it down to lock the plug onto the wire otherwise the plug can, and most likely will work ...
