The shell is metal and has a little rust around it. The face is 1/4" thick plastic. The top cleaned up nicely. I'll take more pics of it to show condition and shape. Still has the chains on it fo...
So the answer is...... 60's NOVA / CORVAIR / IMPALA / CHEVELLE
Emailed and asked for there help. Maybe they can do so. At least I know this style cap is called "dog dish" lol.
