Idk, but gonna be bummed if it is of value! Just saw a similar figure e at a Goodwill store while out of state. Tagged for $5.
I have a very similar pair I got from an estate. Somehow the original globes have disappeared (not happy). I did need to rewire since the cords had been cut...did not find any makers identification.
